PowerBilt Golf Warranty


Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by calling customer service at (888) 488-4653. You may cancel your order only if your order has not yet been shipped; meaning left our warehouse to be shipped to you. Upon cancellation your credit card will be credited the full amount. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel your order you may refuse the shipment and contact customer service for a credit to your credit card. Please note that we will not credit your card until we have received the product and confirm that the product has not been used or damaged. If you refuse shipment your credit card will be credited less the freight charge. Processing of credit to your credit card will take approximately 7-10 days.


PowerBilt Golf's Air Force OneTM Return Policy


PowerBilt Golf will exchange or refund Air Force OneTM club purchased through our call center or website within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior Return Authorization from PowerBilt Golf. Please call our customer service department at 888-488-4653 or email customerservice@powerbilt.com for a Return Authorization Number. If you email PowerBilt Golf for a RA number you must submit a reason for the return. The Return Authorization number is used to efficiently process your order after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid 15 days from the date issued.


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise. Customers wishing to return Air Force OneTM golf clubs must first view our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy here. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to return base model clubs not covered under the One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. PowerBilt Golf will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced scratching of metal surface due to normal wear and tear; grips and damaged caused by abuse or neglect.


Return Shipping


All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. The Original Sales Receipt can be any PowerBilt Golf receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout.


FedEx ground shipping will be covered by PowerBilt Golf on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to PowerBilt Golf. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.


Shipping Exceptions and Exclusions


No COD return shipments will be accepted. All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt. Goods returned for any reason other than defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment will be handled on a case by case basis. Only defective goods which have been purchased within the 12 months period of the returned date will be accepted. No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which have been closed out by the Seller.


International Returns


Merchandise shipped outside the continental United States is not covered under the 30 Day Guarantee but is covered under One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. The customer is solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, shipping charges, or other brokerage fees. Warranty Claims/Defective Returns


PowerBilt Golf warranties most clubs or sets in our 2009 catalog produced by PowerBilt. PowerBilt products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing and material defects, and not otherwise, for the life of the original purchaser of the product. If any defect occurs, the original purchaser will receive a comparable replacement. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of PowerBilt Golf. One-year limited warranty on PowerBilt Junior, PowerBilt Grand Slam Men's and Ladies, TPS, Countess and Dynasty complete sets. Any Defective product may be returned anytime within one year of purchase with prior return authorization. Please contact PowerBilt Golf customer service 888-488-4653 prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise.


A five-year leak proof warranty is offered with all Air Force OneTM clubs for the original purchaser of the product. If defective we will replace the head and use the existing shaft and grip.


Exclusions


Warranty does not cover any cosmetic defects, including; paint chipping, paint scratching, scratching of metal surfaces due to normal wear and tear, grips and damage caused by abuse or neglect.


There is no warranty, guarantee and/or returns for custom orders of the Air Force OneTM or any other PowerBilt product.


Shortages


Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.


How to Return Merchandise


Please follow these instructions to return your merchandise: To return an item, PowerBilt Golf requests that you use your original shipping carton (if possible). Returns and Exchanges cannot be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from PowerBilt Golf. The RA number is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse.


 


 


Please follow these instructions:




  1. Please try to re-use your original shipping carton. Place the returned items in your original shipping carton with appropriate packing material. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise. PowerBilt Golf will cover the return shipping costs on only on defective or damaged items. PowerBilt Golf will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced paint chipping, paint scratching, scratching of metal surfaces due to normal wear and tear, grips, or damage caused by abuse or neglect. Please call customer service at 888-488-4653 for any questions regarding our return policy.




  2. Please include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, and note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your PowerBilt Golf Customer Number, and the reason for the return or exchange.




  3. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:





30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


Our Promise to you is quite simple; PowerBilt absolutely guarantees your complete satisfaction with the performance and benefits of our Air Force OneTM clubs for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, return the merchandise to us and we will refund the purchase price according to the conditions stated below.




  1. Guarantee is valid on NEW Air Force OneTM, driver(s), fairway wood(s), and hybrid(s) purchased from PowerBilt.com or PowerBilt Golf only and does not apply to pre-owned/used clubs.


  2. Custom club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications, are excluded from this offer. Any club altered from the original manufacturer's specifications voids this offer.


  3. Only clubs returned with normal wear and not permanently damaged or abused will be accepted under this policy (i.e., no paint chipping, dings, chips, etc)


  4. PowerBilt reserves the right to modify this program without notification at any time.


  5. The PowerBilt 30 Day Guarantee is valid for domestic orders only


 


Money Back Guarantee


If, during the first 30 days following the receipt of your purchase, you wish to return any Air Force OneTM, a full refund will be given for the price you paid for the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless an incorrect product was shipped to you.


PowerBilt Golf offers a 30 satisfaction money back guarantee on all Air Force OneTM clubs. If you are not completely satisfied with your Air Force OneTM club you must call customer service at (888) 488-4653 and obtain a Return Authorization before returning your club.


Air Force OneTM Five-Year Leak Proof Warranty


A five-year leak proof warranty is offered with all Air Force OneTM clubs for the original purchaser of the product. Void if the club has been altered in any manner, damaged or abused.

PLEASE NOTE: Improperly packaged items returned by customer to PowerBilt Golf (not enough packing material, shoddy boxes, not enough tape on box, etc.) will not be credited by PowerBilt Golf. Please take care in packaging your returned products to PowerBilt Golf. We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and your account is properly credited. We cannot refund your original shipping charges


ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES & OTHER MISC. SHIPPING CHARGES


PowerBilt Golf is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides PowerBilt Golf with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the re besponsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore charged for such fees.


These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from the following sources: internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other electronic means.


Orders placed over the telephone are exempt from the above stated correction fees.
